Allows municipal corporations to incorporate provisions from sections 8, 9, 10, or 11 of the COVID-19 emergency rental assistance program act of 2021 into their own emergency rental assistance programs through their chief executive officer.

Makes incorporated provisions enforceable with the same manner and extent as the original state act provisions.

Treats references to the state "commissioner" in incorporated sections as references to the municipal chief executive officer administering the municipal emergency rental assistance program.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment, though amendments are subject to repeal with the underlying state COVID-19 emergency rental assistance program act.
