Amends Executive Law Section 845-d to modify what criminal history information the division of criminal justice services reports for civil purposes

Excludes criminal arrests and actions that have been followed by an adjournment in contemplation of dismissal (under Criminal Procedure Law sections 170.55, 170.56, 210.46, 210.47, or 215.10) from being reported as "pending" for civil purposes

Allows such cases to be reported as pending only if the adjournment order is revoked and the case is restored to the calendar for further prosecution

Continues to require reporting of criminal convictions and arrests with pending criminal actions that have not received adjournment in contemplation of dismissal orders

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
