Amends section 483-cc of the social services law to allow law enforcement agencies and district attorney's offices to inform human trafficking victims where written materials about social and legal services are available online, in addition to providing physical brochures.

Requires written materials to be translated into the six most common non-English languages spoken by individuals with limited English proficiency in the state or applicable county, city, or town.

Changes the requirement that law enforcement and district attorney's offices "request that a representative be provided" to instead "offer to contact" and "connect" appropriate service providers with apparent victims.

Removes the requirement to document in writing when an apparent victim declines the presence of a service provider representative.

Takes effect on the same date as the related 2021 legislation (S.924 and A.3331) addressing human trafficking victim notification.
