Amends Public Housing Law by adding Section 402-f requiring the NYC Housing Authority to assign ticket numbers to all resident complaints filed by phone or online

Mandates the Authority publish a searchable public database on its website and accessible by phone where residents can look up complaints by ticket number

Database entries must include complaint explanation, current status, whether ticket is open or closed, all actions taken, steps toward resolution, next steps if known, and any additional information the Authority provides

Requires the database exclude all personal identifying information including apartment numbers, resident names, and other identifying details to protect privacy

Takes effect January 1st following enactment; authorizes the Authority to adopt necessary rules and regulations for implementation immediately upon passage
