Commissioner of the Office of General Services must maintain and publicly post an annual compilation of membership and meeting information for all active state boards on a designated website.

Compilation must include board statutory authority, departmental affiliation, contact information, purpose, member names and qualifications, compensation eligibility, meeting dates and locations (six months forward), and geographic qualifications of members.

Commissioner must separately maintain information on inactive boards (those that have not met in the preceding calendar year) and update vacancies, expired terms, and vacancy-filling processes annually starting April 1, 2023.

State boards and their affiliated agencies must submit required information to the commissioner annually by January 1, including compensation and expense data for prior, current, and projected fiscal years.

Commissioner must report to the governor and legislative leadership by January 1, 2024, on inventory status, number of boards verified, aggregate demographic information on appointments (race, sex, geographic representation), and any impediments to obtaining information.
