Requires the Division of Housing and Community Renewal to issue an annual report on the Access to Home programs detailing data and progress from the previous year.

Report must include number of contracts entered with eligible applicants, funding awarded and expended, number and types of projects completed, average project costs, and geographic and demographic information of beneficiaries.

Report must document unmet demand from applicants, demographic information of denied applicants, and average project completion timelines.

Requires the annual report to be posted on the Division's website in a clear and conspicuous manner for public access.

Mandates the Division undertake ongoing efforts to promote program availability to all eligible applicants and property owners to encourage participation and assess unmet need.
