Authorizes the Nassau County assessor to accept a retroactive real property tax exemption application from the Incorporated Village of Hempstead Community Development Agency for property at 118 Terrace Avenue, town of Hempstead (parcel ID section 34 block 289 lot 158)

Allows the exemption application to be reviewed as if filed by the taxable status date for the 2020-2021 assessment roll, covering all 2020-2021 school taxes and 2021 general taxes

Requires the assessor to determine if the organization would qualify for exemption, subject to approval by the Nassau County legislature, and permits correction of the tax rolls if approved

Authorizes the applicable governing body or tax department to refund taxes paid and cancel any remaining unpaid taxes, fines, penalties, liens, or interest at its discretion

Takes effect immediately upon enactment
