Authorizes the Village of Freeport in Nassau County to discontinue and alienate 9.218 acres of parkland, with specific boundaries described in the bill.

Requires the Village of Freeport to dedicate an amount equal to or greater than the fair market value of the discontinued parklands toward acquiring new parklands and/or making capital improvements to existing parkland and recreational facilities.

Preserves all existing easements on the land being alienated.

Requires compliance with federal requirements if the discontinued parklands received any federal funding, support, or assistance for purchase, maintenance, or improvement, including obtaining Secretary of the Interior approval that replacement lands are equivalent in fair market value and usefulness.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
