Prohibits manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and secondhand dealers from selling, leasing, or offering for sale infant inclined sleepers in New York State.

Defines an infant inclined sleeper as a free-standing product with an inclined sleep surface intended for infants up to five months old or until the infant begins to roll over or pull up on the sides, whichever comes first.

Bars child care facilities from using or possessing infant inclined sleepers on premises unless a medical professional determines such use is medically necessary for a specific child.

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek court injunctions against violators and imposes civil penalties of up to $500 per violation, with each sale constituting a separate violation.

Requires the Office of Children and Family Services to notify child care facilities of the restrictions and promulgate rules to enforce the ban on infant inclined sleepers in child care settings.
