Requires truck stop operators to display informational cards and/or signs about human trafficking victim services in all public sanitary facilities in a conspicuous location.

Materials must be developed by either the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance in consultation with the New York State Interagency Task Force on Human Trafficking, or sourced from the United States Department of Homeland Security.

All informational materials must contain only information about services for human trafficking victims and must prominently display the national human trafficking hotline telephone number.

Defines "truck stop" as a facility capable of providing fuel or service to commercial motor vehicles located within 2,500 feet of a controlled-access highway classified as principal arterial - interstate or principal arterial - other freeway/expressway by the Department of Transportation.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law.
