Requires operators of commercial service airports and general aviation airports to display informational cards and signs in public restrooms about human trafficking victim services in a conspicuous manner.

Materials must be developed by either the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance in consultation with the New York State Interagency Task Force on Human Trafficking or the United States Department of Homeland Security.

All informational materials must contain only information about services for human trafficking victims and must prominently include the national human trafficking hotline telephone number.

Exempts airports operated by bi-state authorities from these requirements.

Defines commercial service airports as those with at least 2,500 passenger boardings annually receiving scheduled passenger service, and general aviation airports as those with fewer boardings or no scheduled service.
