Amends Public Authorities Law to require service areas maintained or operated by the thruway authority to display informational cards and signs in public restrooms about human trafficking victim services.

Materials must be placed in plain view in a conspicuous location and developed by either the Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (in consultation with the New York State Interagency Task Force on Human Trafficking) or the United States Department of Homeland Security.

All informational materials shall contain only information about human trafficking victim services and must prominently display the national human trafficking hotline telephone number.

Requires thruway authority service areas to continue providing information about human trafficking services, including the national hotline number, on closed circuit television systems.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law.
