Amends Public Authorities Law by adding Section 1266-l to establish light duty provisions for pregnant employees of commuter rail services owned or operated by the authority or its subsidiary.

Requires employers to offer light duty assignments to pregnant employees who are medically unable to perform regular duties but are able to perform specified light duty work, as determined by their medical provider.

Mandates that employees on light duty assignments maintain full concurrent earnings, including any increases and fringe benefits, equivalent to what they would receive performing regular assigned duties.

Preserves all existing rights, privileges, and remedies for employees under collective bargaining agreements or employment contracts.

Takes effect immediately upon passage.
