Amends Public Health Law by adding Section 2404-e to protect ovarian cancer survivors' access to genetic and genomic testing.

Prohibits denial of genetic testing or genomic tumor profiling for inherited germline mutations and acquired somatic mutations in individuals with a personal history of ovarian cancer.

Requires testing to include BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene mutations, Lynch syndrome-associated mutations, rearrangement analysis of all coding exons associated with ovarian cancer, and additional mutations if medically necessary.

Testing shall not be subject to frequency caps or other limitations except as determined medically necessary by the treating health care professional.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
