Extends the expiration date of the real property tax exemption task force from two years to four years after its effective date under chapter 317 of the laws of 2020.

Maintains the provision that the task force expires upon delivery of its required report, whichever occurs first.

Requires the real property tax exemption task force to notify the legislative bill drafting commission upon delivery of its report to maintain an accurate database of state laws.

Takes effect immediately.
