Local boards must report on construction, conversion, alteration, demolition, or consolidation projects including: address, block/lot number, dwelling unit count, building type, approval and completion dates, government subsidies, and project details.

Local boards must submit annual digital zoning maps showing permitted uses, dwelling unit density allowances, minimum lot and unit sizes, parking and setback requirements, and whether approvals were as-of-right or discretionary.

The Division of Housing and Community Renewal must submit annual reports on all housing subsidies administered in the prior year.

The Department of State must publish all submitted information on its website, updated annually; non-compliant local boards face a 50% reduction in Community Development Block Grant funds.
