Amends the not-for-profit corporation law to exempt the Salina Consolidated Fire District #2 in the town of Salina, Onondaga county from the 45 percent limit on non-resident members.

Adds the Salina Consolidated Fire District #2 to an existing list of fire departments and companies that are not subject to the non-resident membership cap.

Allows the Salina Consolidated Fire District #2 to elect and maintain non-resident volunteer members without restriction, while all other fire corporations remain subject to the 45 percent non-resident membership limit.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
