Extends the Department of Environmental Conservation's authority to manage bluefish (Pomatomus saltatrix) from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2025.

Maintains the department's existing regulatory powers over bluefish management, including size limits, catch and possession limits, seasons, closed areas, gear restrictions, permits, recordkeeping, and sale requirements.

Requires all bluefish regulations to comply with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's fishery management plans and the Federal Fishery Conservation and Management Act.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
