Amends General Municipal Law Section 6-n to add the Auburn Enlarged city school district to the list of school districts authorized to establish insurance reserve funds.

Allows the Auburn Enlarged city school district to make expenditures from insurance reserve funds for losses, claims, actions, or judgments related to risks covered under paragraph three of subsection (a) of Insurance Law Section 1113.

Changes the conjunction between the Carmel central school district and the newly added Auburn Enlarged city school district from "and" to a comma in the list of eligible school districts.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
