Amends the Social Services Law to expand the duties of the child care availability taskforce to evaluate the effectiveness of the office of children and family services' regulations on minimum supervision ratios for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers based on group size

Adds evaluation of supervision ratio regulations as a new subsection (e) to the taskforce's existing responsibilities, which include examining COVID-19 pandemic impacts on child care and developing universal child care implementation frameworks

Takes effect immediately, with the amendments to the taskforce provisions repealing upon any future repeal of the underlying social services law section
