Removes age caps (18 years old, or 23 if enrolled as full-time student) for children receiving workers' compensation death benefits under multiple provisions of the Workers' Compensation Law.

Children who are blind or physically disabled of any age continue to receive death benefits without age limitations, now extended to all children regardless of disability status.

Updates pronouns from "his" to "their" throughout the law to reflect gender-neutral language for beneficiaries.

Applies changes to death benefit provisions for surviving spouses with children, surviving children without spouses, and grandchildren/siblings in various scenarios.

Effective January 1 of the year following enactment.
