Requires the directory to indicate geographic areas or locations within New York State where veteran-owned enterprises are available to perform services.

Mandates use of an asterisk or special mark to identify service-disabled veteran-owned business enterprises within the directory.

Requires posting the directory on the Office of General Services website and a searchable centralized state database on the Department of Labor website.

Requires the Office of General Services to conduct outreach to veteran-owned businesses to notify them of the directory and database and provide registration information for inclusion.
