Requires all public and independent colleges and universities to provide sexual harassment training to students participating in paid or unpaid internships and externships, both on and off campus.

Mandates that college authorities ensure students receive instruction and training in sexual harassment in the workplace as part of internship and externship participation.

Requires colleges to submit annual reports to the governor and legislature by August 1st beginning the year following the law's effective date, including the number of students who received the required training.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
