Requires group health insurance policies in the large group market to cover corrective lenses (including contact lenses, glasses, and spectacles) for individuals medically diagnosed with color vision deficiency.

Provides reimbursement of up to $400 every 36 months for expenses related to purchasing one pair of corrective lenses.

Allows insured persons to purchase corrective lenses exceeding the $400 coverage limit and requires them to pay the cost difference themselves.

Permits reimbursement to be subject to standard health plan provisions including deductibles, coinsurance, allowable charge limitations, and coordination of benefits.

Takes effect 90 days after becoming law and applies to policies issued, amended, or renewed in New York State.
