Requires the Olympic Regional Development Authority to develop an anti-bias and inclusion training program in consultation with the Department of Environmental Conservation and Division of Human Rights.

Mandates all employees of the Olympic Regional Development Authority, Department of Environmental Conservation, and private contractors working at these agencies in tourist accommodations or attractions within Adirondack Park complete a minimum of 30 minutes of training annually.

Training program must include discussions on diversity and unconscious bias, tools for creating inclusive work environments, examination of personal biases, and identification of ways to respond to discrimination and bias.

Defines "Adirondack park," "tourist accommodation" (hotels, motels, resorts, campgrounds), and "tourist attraction" (paid admission sites and forest preserve lands) for purposes of the law.

Takes effect 60 days after becoming law.
