Directs the Department of Veterans' Services to develop a searchable veterans memorial registry in consultation with the New York State Military Museum, Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation, Office of General Services, and the State Historian.

Registry shall include veterans memorials located within New York State with information regarding location, who or what veteran or battle the memorial honors, authorization details, and dedication year; searchable by location, veteran, or battle.

Requires the state commissioner to issue a public request for information to all counties, cities, towns, and villages to submit memorials within their municipalities for inclusion in the registry at any time after the request is issued.

Allows individuals and organizations, including local veterans' service agencies and congressionally chartered veterans' service organizations, to provide recommendations to municipalities for memorial inclusion in the registry.

Repeals section 368-b of the executive law relating to an earlier veterans memorial registry directive, transferring the responsibility to the Department of Veterans' Services under the Veterans' Services Law.
