Requires the New York City Department of Buildings to keep official records of every incident occurring on construction sites that result in a fatality, regardless of whether a violation or threat to public safety existed.

Mandates the commissioner post a monthly list on the department's website in machine-readable format of all reported incidents involving fatalities or injuries requiring emergency medical transport or immediate emergency care.

Expands the definition of reportable incidents to include those where no violation of building code or other law occurred and no threat to public safety existed.

Requires the incident records to be retained for the period mandated for retention of public records.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
