Amends Labor Law Section 196-b to require all employers of one or more domestic workers to provide up to 40 hours of paid sick leave annually to each employee.

Defines "domestic worker" by reference to Labor Law Section 2, subdivision 16.

Places domestic worker employers in the same sick leave requirement category as employers with 5-99 employees, regardless of the employer's total workforce size.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
