Amends Correction Law Section 168-b to require sex offenders to disclose "authorized internet entities" in addition to existing internet account and identifier information during registration.

Modifies Correction Law Section 168-f to require sex offenders to register changes to "authorized internet entities" within ten calendar days, along with other required notifications.

Becomes effective ninety days after enactment, with authorization for immediate development of necessary rules and regulations for implementation.
