Mandates health care providers (physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and midwives) in primary care to screen patients for ovarian cancer signs and symptoms and offer appropriate testing and education.

Requires the Department of Health to develop and distribute informational pamphlets on ovarian cancer to health care providers, with testing offered in culturally and linguistically appropriate formats.
