Requires the Division of Housing and Community Renewal to issue an annual report on the Access to Home programs detailing data and progress from the previous year.

Annual report must include number of contracts awarded, funding amounts, completed projects by recipient, project types with average costs, geographic and demographic information of beneficiaries, unmet demand, denial rates with demographic data, and average project completion timelines.

Report must be posted publicly on the Division's website in a clear and conspicuous manner.

Requires the Division to undertake ongoing promotion of Access to Home programs availability to eligible applicants and persons with eligible properties, including coordination with other state agencies serving persons with disabilities.

Takes effect 180 days after becoming law.
