Requires source agencies to electronically transmit voter information to election boards including name, address, date of birth, citizenship status, driver's license or social security number, party enrollment, and signature image, with full compliance required by January 1, 2026.

Mandates same-day voter registration at polling places on election days and during early voting periods for all eligible individuals.

Requires online voter registration and registration updates available on county and municipal websites, including online signature submission and automated telephone-based registration systems.

Prohibits election boards from rejecting voter registrations transmitted from source agencies solely because certain optional information fields are missing, such as party affiliation or absentee ballot intent.
