Removes Jamestown city court judge from the list of positions appointed by the mayor with city council consent under the uniform city court act.

Specifies that the full-time city court judge position in Jamestown established in 2013 shall be filled through a different appointment process upon the first vacancy after this act's effective date.

Directs future Jamestown city court judge vacancies to be filled according to subparagraph (i) of paragraph 2 of subdivision (e) of section 2104 of the uniform city court act.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
