Mandates that law enforcement agencies notify entities with vulnerable populations of a sex offender's employment address when disseminating information on level two designated offenders.

Maintains the ten dollar registration fee for each change of address or status change, though failure to pay does not prevent acceptance of the registration.

Takes effect thirty days after becoming law.
