Amends Public Lands Law Section 19-b to extend state aid payments to taxing authorities when land in the town of Ashford, Cattaraugus County, is transferred to the state or state agencies.

State aid shall equal the amount of taxes that would have been levied against the land on the last assessment roll completed in the year the state acquired the property, adjusted for assessment changes but not less than the 1980 assessment roll.

Applies to land in the town of Ashford that was previously subject to state or state agency jurisdiction before the transfer.

First payment of state aid shall be based on assessment rolls completed in 2022, with the act taking effect immediately upon enactment.
