Amends the purposes of the Lewiston No. 1 Volunteer and Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association to include promoting volunteer member welfare, health and safety, morale through social and recreational activities, and advancement of the volunteer fire service.

Expands the permissible use of foreign fire insurance premium taxes collected under Insurance Law sections 9104 and 9105 from only "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt volunteer firemen and their families" to all purposes set forth in the corporation's charter.

Applies to taxes due on premiums received on and after January 1, 2024.
