Increases the monthly limit for loss of earnings from work from $2,000 to $3,000 per month, maintaining the three-year maximum period following a motor vehicle accident.

Raises the daily limit for other reasonable and necessary expenses from $25 to $50 per day for up to one year, and explicitly includes medical transportation, non-medical transportation, pet care, house cleaning, laundry, and food delivery services as covered expenses.

Establishes that a treating physician's certification of work disability constitutes prima facie proof that an expense was reasonable and necessary.

Clarifies that the 20% deduction from lost earnings does not count toward the $50,000 basic economic loss limit per person.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
