Requires health care practitioners to specify their authorized title in advertisements and prohibit deceptive or misleading information about profession, skills, training, expertise, education, board certification, or licensure.

Mandates health care practitioners wear photo identification name tags during patient encounters displaying their name and license type in large bold lettering in a conspicuous manner.

Requires registration certificates issued by the Department to be conspicuously displayed in each office where health care practitioners work, or available for inspection at all times in non-traditional settings.

Exempts the photo identification name tag requirement from applying to offices with fewer than four health care practitioners.

Establishes violations of the advertisement requirements as disciplinary infractions subject to penalties under education law, effective 180 days after enactment.
