Amends the stated purposes of the Volunteer and Exempt Firemen's Benevolent Association of Lewiston Fire Company No. 2 to include promoting volunteer member welfare, health and safety, morale enhancement, and social and recreational activities.

Expands the allowable uses of foreign fire insurance premium taxes collected by the corporation from solely "care and relief of disabled or indigent volunteer and exempt volunteer firemen and their families" to any use furthering the corporation's stated purposes.

Allows the corporation to receive a share of taxes distributed under Insurance Law section 9105 based on business written in its territory.

Effective immediately for taxes due on premiums received on and after January 1, 2024.
