Requires insurers issuing accident and health insurance policies in New York to make available and provide coverage of medically necessary epinephrine auto-injector devices for insured individuals 18 years old or younger upon request.

Applies to individual policies under Insurance Law section 3216, group and blanket policies under section 3221, and medical expense indemnity, hospital service, and health service corporations under section 4303.

Defines "epinephrine auto-injector device" by reference to the definition in Public Health Law section 3000-c, subdivision one, paragraph (b).

Takes effect 90 days after enactment and applies to any contract or renewal or extension of contract dated after the act becomes law.
