Grants civil liability immunity to any person who forcibly enters a locked motor vehicle in good faith to remove an unsupervised child under age 8 if they reasonably believe the child is in imminent danger requiring immediate action.

Requires the person to first determine the vehicle is locked with no other reasonable method to remove the child, and use only necessary force to enter and remove the child.

Mandates contacting local law enforcement, fire department, or 911 either before forcible entry or as soon as reasonably practicable, and remaining with the child in a safe location until emergency responders arrive.

Limits the immunity provision to emergency removal actions only, excluding any additional aid or actions beyond removing the child from the vehicle.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
