Reduces the timeframe for sex offenders to register changes of address from ten calendar days to three calendar days with the division.

Expands registration requirements to include changes in internet accounts with internet access providers, internet identifiers used by offenders, and changes in enrollment, attendance, employment, or residence status at institutions of higher education.

Maintains the $10 fee requirement for sex offenders registering any change of address or change of status at institutions of higher education, with non-payment not affecting acceptance of the registration.

Requires local law enforcement to submit all change of address and internet access provider forms to the registry.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
