Establishes separate correction timelines for mold violations: 30 days for non-hazardous violations, 15 days for hazardous violations, and 7 days for immediately hazardous violations.

Reduces the maximum postponement period for immediately hazardous violations from 14 days to 7 days, and prohibits any postponement if the violation is issued as a result of a reinspection of an uncorrected hazardous violation.

Requires the Department of Housing Preservation and Development to conduct reinspections of certified dwellings within: 30 days for non-hazardous violations, 15 days for hazardous violations, and 7 days for immediately hazardous violations.

Reinspections must occur upon receipt of a certification of correction or on the correction date specified in the violation notice, whichever comes first.
