Authorizes health care professionals licensed in other states or territories to practice in New York without New York licensure if appointed by World Triathlon Corporation for a sanctioned event

Eligible professions include physicians, physician's assistants, massage therapists, physical therapists, chiropractors, dentists, optometrists, nurses, nurse practitioners, emergency medical technicians, podiatrists, and athletic trainers

Applies only to the Ironman Lake Placid event scheduled for July 23, 2023, and permits services four days before through one day after the event

Requires practitioners to be in good standing in their home jurisdiction and to provide services only to registered athletes and team personnel

Act takes effect immediately and automatically expires and repeals on July 26, 2023
