Allows individuals with developmental disabilities currently in nonintegrated settings (such as sheltered workshops) to choose to remain in those settings rather than transition to integrated employment.

Requires individuals seeking accommodation to remain in nonintegrated settings to complete at least one of four options: vocational assessment every five years, trial integrated work experience every five years, outreach and education services, or benefits counseling consultation.

Ensures individuals granted accommodation to remain in nonintegrated settings continue receiving services and maintain eligibility for public benefits substantially similar to those in integrated settings.

Prohibits the accommodation procedures from superseding an individual's choice to remain in a nonintegrated setting or diminishing their eligibility for services under social services law.

Directs the Commissioner of Developmental Disabilities to implement regulations and take actions necessary to comply with federal law and secure federal funding by May 1, 2027.
