Removes the existing 100-foot radial restriction on electioneering near polling places and replaces it with either a 600-foot radial measurement from designated entrances or an entire-property restriction, selected by the board of elections.

Requires boards of elections to make and announce their choice of measurement restriction (600-foot or entire property) no later than 24 hours before the first day of voting at each polling location on their website.

Prohibits political banners, signs, buttons, posters, and placards within the designated electioneering restriction zone while polls are open.

Exempts floors above or below multi-story polling locations from distance restrictions if not visible to voters entering or exiting, but maintains restrictions in stairwells used to access the polling location.

Retains existing prohibitions on consuming alcoholic beverages in polling places and limits modifications to polling place entrances/exits unless necessary for disability access or emergency public safety.
