Adds meal and lodging allowances that may be credited toward minimum wage for farm workers, with values annually adjusted for cost of living.

Sets meal allowance at $2.97 per meal effective January 1, 2023, but only if migrant seasonal employees earn at least $441.01 in a two-week period.

Prohibits any lodging or utilities allowance credit for migrant seasonal employees.

Allows non-migrant farm workers to be charged $33.12 per week for single occupancy lodging or $22.12 per week for multiple occupancy, plus up to $8.74 daily for utilities for individual employees or $13.99 daily when family members reside with the employee.

Takes effect 30 days after becoming law.
