Eliminates all asset limits for households applying for or receiving public assistance benefits by exempting all assets held by the household from benefit calculations.

Removes existing specific asset exemptions and dollar thresholds, including the previous $2,500 limit for applicants, $3,750 for elderly or disabled applicants, and $10,000 for recipients.

Removes exemptions for specific designated accounts such as vehicle purchase accounts ($4,650), education savings accounts ($1,400), and various other asset categories previously allowed under law.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment but expires on the same date as the section of social services law it amends.
