Permits voters to voluntarily photograph and post on social media themselves and their own ballot at any stage of voting, including in privacy booths or at ballot scanners.

Requires that voter photographs must not contain any other voter or reveal the contents of any other voter's ballot.

Modifies the prohibition on showing ballots to change from "shows" to "solicits a voter to show," clarifying voters cannot be pressured to display their ballot contents.

Creates a new misdemeanor offense for anyone who forces an individual to photograph and/or post their ballot or themselves on social media while voting.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
