State board of elections must post sample ballots for all election districts statewide allowing voters to search for polling site information, voter district information, and their eligible ballot.

County boards of elections may optionally post sample ballots for their election districts in a searchable database with polling site and ballot information, or direct voters to the state board's website.

Sample ballots must include embedded security tools to prevent tampering and unauthorized printing.

Changes the existing requirement to mail sample ballots or publish them in newspapers, replacing it with the online posting requirement; takes effect 90 days after becoming law.
